AfC-ECD Strengthens Weekly “Learning and Improvement” Initiative to Advance Institutional Learning and Performance Goals
The African Center for Early Childhood Development (AfC-ECD) has strengthened its weekly “Learning and Improvement” Initiative as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance institutional development and performance review processes.
The initiative held every week and branded as “Golden Monday” provides a dedicated platform for staff learning professional development, knowledge sharing, performance improvement, and motivation.
These weekly sessions are conducted through staff-led presentations as well as expert talks delivered by invited external professionals.
Since the launch of the initiative, a wide range of presentations and discussions have been conducted on the following topics:

Through the Golden Monday initiative, AfC-ECD continues to foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and evidence-based practice, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and impact in Early Childhood Development across Africa.
